PACKAGES
BASIC PACKAGE
PRE EVENT:
- Initial Consultation: 2-3 hour meeting (Virtual)
- Single Site Visit: Familiarise with space & discuss layout plans
- Review of Event Plan: review what the client has created
- Vendor Coordination: Limited to 2 vendors
- Basic Day-of Timeline: Develop an event schedule including key times for key activities
ON THE DAY MANAGEMENT
- Vendor Point of Contact: Direct & Coordinate vendors
- Oversee Basic Setup: Monitor the setup & give input when required.
- Timeline Monitoring: Ensure that major event activities start and end as scheduled
- On the Spot Solution: Be on guard to respond to anything that may arise
POST EVENT
- Vendor Check-Out: Ensure vendors leave at the agreed time. Monitor the final tear-down.
- Venue Inspection: Walk through the venue to ensure it’s left in the condition required by the venue agreement
- Brief Event Summary: Provide a brief report on the event’s flow and any key highlights & feedback
STANDARD PACKAGE
PRE EVENT:
- Initial Consultation: 3-5 hour meeting (Virtual)
- Single Site Visit: Familiarise with space & discuss layout plans
- Vendor Coordination: Limited to 2-3 vendors
- Basic Day-of Timeline: Develop an event schedule including key times for key activities

ON THE DAY MANAGEMENT
- On-Site Presence: from setup to initial event stages (e.g., first 6 hours).
- Guest Management: Manage guest check-in, including distribution of materials (e.g., name tags / seating plan).
- Vendor Setup Supervision: Ensure vendors are setting up according to the agreed-upon layout.
- Lead Event Segments: Ensure smooth transitions between event segments and that guests are guided smoothly from one area to the next.
- Issue Management: Be prepared to handle last-minute challenges, such as moving activities indoors due to weather changes or adjusting schedules due to delays.
POST EVENT
- Vendor Checkout & Equipment Management: Ensure that all equipment is packed up, and that the venue is cleared according to the agreement.
- Financial Reconciliation: Assist in reconciling any outstanding invoices or payments with vendors to ensure that everything is settled.
- Detailed Post-Event Summary: Provide a comprehensive report of event in totality. Make recommendations for future events
FULL MANAGEMENT
PRE EVENT:
- Unlimited Consultations: Unlimited meetings to refine every event detail and ensure flawless execution.
- Event Timeline Mastery: Creation of a comprehensive schedule covering all event activities and milestones.
- Vendor Coordination: Full communication management with all vendors to align schedules and expectations.
- Venue Readiness: Multiple site visits to assess and finalize venue logistics and preparations.
- Rehearsal Management: Coordinate and oversee key event rehearsals or run-throughs to guarantee smooth proceedings.

ON THE DAY MANAGEMENT
- Full-Day Coordination: On-site presence from setup to event conclusion (up to 14 hours).
- Guest Experience Oversight: Manage guest registration and materials distribution, including VIP handling.
- Team Support: 3–5 coordinators available for seamless execution and enhanced guest experience.
- Vendor Supervision: Oversee vendor setup and ensure adherence to the agreed-upon plans. Event Flow Management
- Proactive Troubleshooting: Handle unexpected challenges with poise and efficiency, ensuring minimal disruption.
POST EVENT
- In-Depth Debrief: Conduct a detailed post-event review, highlighting successes, areas for improvement, and future recommendations.
- Damage and Insurance Management: Handle any damage assessments or claims, coordinating with vendors or venues for repairs or replacements.
- Payment Assistance: Finalize vendor payments and reconcile budgets to ensure financial clarity.
- Post-Event Wrap-Up: Assist with the retrieval and coordination of items such as photo albums, videos, or keepsakes.
PERCENTAGE-BASED PRICING
For events with unique requirements or larger budgets, we offer a flexible percentage-based pricing model, ranging from 15% – 25% of your total event budget. Minimum fee applies for this option
